Join us on August 11 for a combined CHEC Wellness and CHIP Commencement. If you didn’t know already, our CHIP participants have been learning lots of new information and are nearing the end of the intensive portion of their CHIP program. Aside from vegan lasagna from the Garden Grill and vegan cheesecake for lunch, we will have a short video presentation by Hans Diehl, DrHSc, MPH. Jan Wilson will also do another great cooking demonstration on how to make the vegan cheesecake we will have had for lunch.
